Cyberbullying and "lexicons"

This link below gives the Office of Intelligence and Analysis' manual on the terms they have decided to use to describe, well, extremists.

Many of the definitions point a finger to any and all RWE folk, while giving the leftist extremists a pass. An example of this would be the enviro-wackos who go and burn down labs that use animals for testing. The right is painted as so violent, it's laughable. Everytime I have been to any function standing up for my beliefs, it is the left who is so much more extreme than myself, I have to wonder what plane these people write from, for God's sake.

sovereign citizen movemen
t(U//FOUO)  A rightwing extremist movement composed of groups or individuals who reject the notion of U.S. citizenship.  They claim to follow only what they believe to be God’s law or common law and the original 10 amendments (Bill of Rights) to the U.S. Constitution.  They believe they are emancipated from all other responsibilities ssociated with being a U.S. citizen, such as paying taxes, possessing a driver’s license and motor vehicle registration, or holding a social security number. They generally do not recognize federal or state government authority or laws.  Several sovereign citizen groups in the United States produce fraudulent documents for their members in lieu of legitimate government-issued forms of
identification.  Members have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals.  They often target government officials and law enforcement. (also: state citizens, freemen, preamble citizens, common law citizens)
My take on this: The illegal immigrants fall here, criminals, and anyone who is anti-government in general. Fake docoments to get jobs, keep jobs and the societal dregs who believe the government was out to get them in the first place. Does it make them Right wing? How many times have you heard a known liberal person say something akin to fu*k the goverment, they get enough of my money...and then the elite of both parties smart enough to have off shore bank accounts to hide money? C'mon.

tax resistance movement (U//FOUO)  Groups or individuals who vehemently believe taxes violate their constitutional rights.  Among their beliefs are that wages are not income, that paying income taxes is voluntary, and that the 16th Amendment to the
U.S. Constitution, which allowed Congress to levy taxes on income, was not properly ratified.  Members have been known to advocate or engage in criminal activity and plot acts of violence and terrorism in an attempt to advance their extremist goals.  They often target government entities such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. (also: tax protest movement, tax freedom movement, antitax movement)

My take: more tea parties needed for these bozos who are supposed to be serving us. Maybe they will get it one day. Or not. Groan.

And now we have the legislation for "cyberbullying." This is the response to a death that occurred because some mean-spirited children went too far with something akin to a prank. I am sorry it happened, but since when does the government become the responsible parent who should have been more cogent of the kid and the activity. Now the reach will extend so far, that blogging will surely suffer.  I am against that, for the simple reason that soon I will lose a community of people that are intelligent, informative in providing me with broad views of many things. Perhaps there should be an age law for internet surfing, etc... and then we would ideally cut the cyber bullying down to a low roar.  Adults should know better, but it should not be the government who is the watchdog for what IS a parental duty.

How much more infringement on Freedom of Speech are we going to put up with for cryong out loud?
