Woo-hoo!! So, the bill was defeated. Um, ya think anybody who emailed or phoned was listened to? Or, am I just a cynic thinking these lousy Critters were pnadering to keep their seats?
Let's review, shall we? ( I love reviews, don't you? They make feel all warm and fuzzy inside. LOL)
Oil is down.
Gold is up.
The Euro fell against the dollar, as did the British pound.
Even T-bills had a three point jump.
Anybody scratching their heads...(Okay I know Phil and Brian aren't) But it seems to me that when international investors get worried, they invest in us,er, um, the U dot S dot and our ability to continue growth despite "market forces."
Pretty amazing, our free market, no? Just let it do the job it was meant to and we filter out the buddy fukkers, er, greed monkeys and get on with fixing all the screwed up stuff. That 700 billion was nothing more than a drug for the psyche of the people scared by the MSM and the "leaders". Keep Uncle Sugar out and we'll be golden....
